The Twin Cities Real Estate Investing Network was started as a meet-up in 2017 by Tim Swierczek and Jordan Moorhead as a way to educate the Minneapolis/St Paul communities on Real Estate Investing and house hacking. We started with in-person meet-ups and several of Tim’s properties and expanded to a speaker-lead format in 2018. As interest increased we added some Facebook Live educational events and later the Twin Cities Real Estate Invesing Facebook Group. Adam Tafel teamed with Jordan in 2020 and eventually replaced him as the local expert.

This website is inspired as a way to expand the educational and networking opportunities that started over seven years ago. With the launch of The Twin Cities Real Estate Investing Show which will be offered in both video and podcast format, we wanted a HUB for all things that are Twin Cities and Real Estate Investing. This site intends to stay locally focused on the 7-county area Metro area. We hope you like it and are open to your suggestions.
